  You may cancel an order 12 hours within making an order. All damaged exchanges are free of charge. Exchanging claims must be done within 5 business days receiving the order. All returns must be claimed within 5 days after receiving the product, and the customer is required to pay for shipping it back to us. All requests must be emailed to us with details and in the timeframe of our policy, at support@decordells.com or call us at (818) 650-6060. Please include the order number in the subject area of the email. If the item was delivered by us the actual cardholder must be present with a picture id, or an authorization from must be filled out and signed by the cardholder and send it back to us.
